More than a course.
A full support system.

ThriveCycle isn't passive content you watch alone. It's a structured cohort experience — live sessions, a real community, and a personal toolkit you actually use after the program ends.

🏭
6 live sessions
One session per week with your cohort, led by a trained facilitator. Not a lecture — a structured, interactive experience.
📄
Module materials
Worksheets, frameworks, and async content for every module. Yours to keep and return to long after the program ends.
📊
BAT-4 burnout assessment
A validated clinical tool that gives you a real picture of your current burnout profile — not a vague quiz, a diagnostic.
🤝
A cohort of peers
A small, intentional group of professional women at a similar life stage. The community is often what people say changed the most.
🌟
Session recordings
Every session is recorded. Miss one? No problem. Life doesn't pause for a cohort, and we built the program knowing that.
📋
Personal integration plan
You leave Module 6 with a written, personalized plan — not a to-do list, but a real map back to yourself that you know how to use.

Six modules. One through-line.

Each module builds on the last, moving from understanding your stress response all the way to full integration. No module exists in isolation.

ThriveCycle is for you if...

  • You're high-functioning and exhausted at the same time
  • You've tried self-care and it hasn't touched whatever is actually wrong
  • You know something is off but you can't name it
  • You want structure and science, not just inspiration
  • You're craving a room full of women who actually get it
  • You're ready to do the work, not just talk about it
This is probably not the right fit if...
  • You're looking for one-on-one therapy or clinical treatment
  • You need support for an acute mental health crisis
  • You want a passive, watch-at-your-own-pace course
A note from the program

ThriveCycle is a skills-based program grounded in science. It works alongside therapy beautifully, but it isn't a clinical intervention. If you're currently in therapy, we'd love to be a complement to that work.

If you're unsure whether this is the right fit, the free Thrive Info Session is the best place to start. Thirty minutes, no commitment, real answers.

Cohorts are kept small on purpose. Each group is limited to 12 participants to support a personal, connected experience. When a cohort fills, it fills.

Your questions, answered.

Plan for roughly 2 to 3 hours per week: one 90-minute live cohort session, plus time with the module materials. We designed it to fit inside a real schedule, not on top of an already-overloaded one. Sessions are also recorded, so missing one doesn't mean falling behind.
ThriveCycle is a skills-based educational program, not clinical treatment. It's grounded in validated science — the BAT-4 burnout assessment and the CASEL emotional intelligence framework — but this is structured learning and community, not therapy. If you're currently in therapy, this works well alongside it.
The BAT-4 (Burnout Assessment Tool) is a validated clinical instrument used to measure burnout across four dimensions: exhaustion, mental distance, emotional impairment, and cognitive impairment. Every participant completes it at the start of the program. It gives you a real picture of where you are — not a vague wellness score, but a diagnostic snapshot you can actually use.
Sessions are led by a trained ThriveCycle facilitator with a background in behavioral science and professional development. You're not getting a guest speaker each week — you have a consistent, skilled person holding the space for your cohort across all six sessions.
All sessions are recorded and all materials are available asynchronously. We'd love for you to be live when you can — the cohort dynamic is part of what makes this work — but we built the program knowing life doesn't pause for a cohort.
Attend your first session. If ThriveCycle isn't the right fit for you, reach out within 48 hours and we'll refund your payment in full. No questions asked. We're confident in the program, and we want you to feel safe saying yes.
Yes. ThriveCycle is designed to complement, not replace, therapeutic support. Many participants are in therapy and find that the skills and community here deepen the work they're already doing. If you have any concerns, we're happy to talk through whether this is the right fit.
