ThriveCycle is a skills-based program, not clinical treatment. We’re grounded in science — the BAT-4 burnout assessment, CASEL’s emotional intelligence framework — but this is learning and community, not therapy. If you’re in therapy, this works alongside it.
Plan for roughly 2–3 hours per week: one live cohort session plus time with the module materials. Designed to work inside a real schedule — not on top of an already-overloaded one.
