Each ThriveCycle module focuses on one burnout-reducing theme and guides you through a research-backed commitment structure aligned with the CASEL framework. You’ll build habits, surface patterns, and shift your internal experience — all with structured support.

Week 1: Learn the Commitment

Kick off the month with a 90-minute group learning experience.
You’ll explore:

  • The science behind the featured burnout dimension

  • Your CASEL-aligned commitment

  • How to apply the New Habit Formula to your real life

You'll also be paired with an accountability buddy for consistent, low-pressure peer support. Start with clarity. Commit with confidence.

Week 2: Practice Together

Join a 60-minute facilitated coaching session to reflect on:

  • What’s working

  • Where you feel stuck

  • The emotions and patterns emerging beneath the behavior

You’ll get guided prompts, group insight, and coaching support to reinforce your commitment.

This is where real transformation takes root.

Weeks 3–4: Integrate + Track

This is where your commitment becomes part of your rhythm. You’ll have:

  • Ongoing access to the AIMS platform for tracking, nudges, and reflection

  • Optional buddy check-ins to stay connected

  • Support from your facilitator through direct messaging and reminders

Small steps, practiced consistently, change everything.

End of Month: Reflect + Prepare

Complete a short reflection to measure:

  • How your commitment impacted your burnout symptoms

  • What emotional shifts or mindset changes occurred

  • Where you’re headed next as you move to the next CASEL loop

Each month builds on the last. Growth is the goal.
