What Happens After You Join
You’ll receive a confirmation email + invite to set up your ThriveCycle account
You’ll get onboarded into ThriveCycle and introduced to Heidi, your ThriveCycle facilitator
Your cohort will meet for the first time on November 19th.

Each ThriveCycle module lasts 1 month. Most members stay for 3–6 months. You’re welcome to cancel or continue anytime.

1 live call/month (60–75 minutes) + 5–10 minutes/day of microhabit practice. That’s it.

Yes. While we encourage folks to have their videos on, you are welcome to show up in the way that works best for your nervous system.

No. ThriveCycle is a science-backed habit-changing program focused on behavior, emotion regulation, and systems support — not clinical treatment.

You can cancel anytime — no questions asked.
